　　前不久因炮轰中国人寿想控股民生银行一事被证监局“约谈”，而且其后“自宫封博”的巨人网络董事长史玉柱昨日终于忍不住再次在微博上“冒泡”。他在微博中自称“窦娥”要为自己“伸冤”，同时阐述五个观点，坚称此前在微博中的言论“没有披露内幕信息……更没一句话拉升股价能量”，并表示“伸冤”后将“再潜海底”。这条微博再次引起“强烈反响”，一天累计评论数已经超过1160条，而民生银行自史玉柱封博后涨4.19%，昨日收盘价5.97元。
　　史玉柱在微博中针对“喝咖啡”事件解释，“喝咖啡是一个月半前的事，气氛融洽谈的不错”，并表示已经承诺“以后不谈敏感话题”，遂话锋一转，针对此前媒体报道其言论涉嫌导致民生银行股价异动一事提出自己五个观点，文中提及，媒体的猜测是“毫无根据”，并称“一句话赚取2.3亿”的说法是“子虚乌有”。
　　微博中，史玉柱就媒体此前的报道给予反击：“8月24日上午发微博后，民生股价微跌，第二天大盘大涨，所有银行股都大涨，民生只是跟随银行板块上涨，属正常市场行为。”其提到，24日前后，公司每个交易日都在大笔增持民生银行的股票，称“股价高对全世界最不利的当属我们”。
　　紧接着，史玉柱再次强调自己发表的关于“拜托中国人寿……”的微博“并没陈述某个事实”，是一些文章故意扭曲其原意。同时，他强调自己“没有相关内幕信息，更没披露内幕信息……更没有一句话拉升股价的能量。”
　　其实从“自宫封博”到再次发微博“伸冤”都是源于今年8月24日，史玉柱在微博上炮轰中国人寿意欲增持民生银行而引起。虽然这条微博发出后不久就删除，随后的8月29日-8月30日，史玉柱也连发三条微博澄清，并无奈说道，“大嘴巴不好当，以后再也不谈这类无聊的事了。”
　　尽管这样，但微博仍引来各方关注。次日，民生银行股价大涨6.47%，据测算，史玉柱账面浮盈达2.3亿元，关于“史玉柱微博操纵股价”的说法不胫而走，最后，证监局“约谈”史玉柱。
　　到10月21日，史玉柱发微博说道，“我立马删掉的一句‘拜托××，别想××’的愿望表达，被喝了咖啡；我调侃马云的一句话，把他也送到北京喝咖啡。微博真不好玩，不玩了，自宫封博（我以前针对粉丝的慈善承诺仍会兑现）。”该言论马上迎来3717条评论，不少粉丝表达可惜之情。
　　而昨日的伸冤微博，粉丝们则更倾向于认为，作为公众人物，史玉柱应该注意自己言行所可能产生的后果。有粉丝直言，不论他有意无意，但难以避免“一句话拉升股价”的事实。
